We provide stock analysis for people do not have much experience or time to do the analysis themselves.
We do not provide any analysis for equities whose market caps are below $50,000,000. By doing this, we avoid most names that are more prone to manipulation.
Our conditions for analyzing a stock are as follows:
The stock must be above $20, must have a daily volume of more than 500,000 shares traded and must have an Average Daily Range of more than 4%.
We also prefer to go long when the VIX (Volatility Index) is below 20 (14-16 preferred.)
At the same time as having VIX below 20, we prefer to go long when indices have their 10 ema above their 20 ema and their 20 ema above their 50 ema with an upward sloping trend.
With the VIX above 20, volatility increase for both the downside and upside.
